Une prime et une suspension de loyer pour les cafés et bars bruxellois
La Ville de Bruxelles a décidé de soutenir les bars et cafés qui doivent fermer pendant un mois dans le cadre des mesures coronavirus.
Elle propose, en complément des aides régionales déjà annoncées et dans le même esprit de solidarité, une prime de 2.000 euros par bar/café et boite de nuit fermé(e).
La Régie foncière et le CPAS de la Ville de Bruxelles exonéreront pour au moins un mois les locataires qui doivent fermer. Il en est de même pour les loyers des buvettes de ses infrastructures sportives.
La Ville appelle les propriétaires privés et les brasseurs à faire de même.
